What is ResiPass?

ResiPass is society management software for Indian housing societies. It covers gate and delivery passes, house help attendance, maintenance billing with UPI, double-entry accounting, amenity booking, AGM voting and the ResiPrivilege rewards programme, in one ad-free app for the committee, treasurer, residents and guards.

Can our society use it now?

ResiPass is in final testing before launch. Request early access and we’ll show your committee around and talk about when your society could start.

Will it replace Tally?

ResiPass has a double-entry ledger, vouchers, bank reconciliation and financial statements built in. If your auditor works in Tally, you can export the books in Tally format.

What happens at the gate if the internet drops?

The guard app keeps passes on the tablet, so approved visitors, delivery passes and daily passes can still be checked. Entries made while offline sync once the connection is back.

Will residents see ads?

No. ResiPass is built without ads, and resident data is not used for advertising. Each society’s data is kept separate from every other society’s.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your society and what you use. We share it when we talk to your committee.
