Technicians who already know your building.
ResiPass lists vetted electricians, plumbers and other technicians based near your society. They come in on a gate pass, work to rates the committee has agreed, and you only release payment once the job is done.
Technicians from nearby
Experts are chosen from people based close to your society or already working on the premises, so they can come when something breaks.
They know your building
Technicians get to know your towers: where the plumbing shafts run, how the electrical panels are laid out, and the society's quiet hours.
In through the gate on a pass
When you book an expert, a gate pass is created for them, so the guard can let them in without calling you.
Pay with ResiPrivilege points
Points earned by paying maintenance on time can be used towards repair bills.
Agreed rates and sign-off
Work is priced on a rate card your committee has agreed. Payment is held and only released once you approve the finished job.
Questions
How is this different from booking a technician on a city-wide app?
ResiPass experts are chosen for your society: they're based nearby, they get to know your building, they come in on a gate pass and they work to rates your committee has agreed.
How do technicians get through the gate?
Booking an expert creates a gate pass for them. When they arrive, the guard checks the pass on the tablet and lets them in to the right tower, without calling your flat.
Can I use ResiPrivilege points for repairs?
Yes. Points earned by paying maintenance on time can be applied towards plumbing, electrical, carpentry and cleaning bills.
What if the work isn't done properly?
Payment is only released once you sign off the job in the app. If something isn't right, raise it before you approve, and the technician comes back to fix it.
