Is ResiPass only for co-operative societies?

No. A committee can use it however the society is registered: a co-operative society, an apartment owners’ association or an RWA. Your registration affects your bye-laws and voting, so check those for the rules that apply.

Who can see our society’s data?

Each society’s data is kept separate from every other society’s, and residents only hear from their own society.
