Delete it yourself in the app

Open ResiPass on Android or iOS, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Use the request form on this page, or email info@xemars.com from your registered address. We confirm it is you through your registered mobile number or email before deleting anything.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your name, mobile number, flat associations, profile picture and push notification tokens are erased within 30 days of a verified request. Accounting records are kept without personal identifiers for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, and gate visitor logs are deleted after the period your society set, which is 180 days at most.
